Darn straight. The weekly workouts, along with the free training package you’ll get inside our member’s area is 100% free. No strings. No BS.

What kind of info will you send me?

Weekly workouts is designed to give you SPECIFIC training instructions you can use on your own (or with your team) to improve your game in the fastest way possible.

Sometimes we’ll send you videos, sometimes we’ll send you articles, and sometimes we’ll send you PDF reports that you can download and print. All of it will be laid out with simple, step by step instructions you can start using right away.

How often will you email me?

At least once a week, sometimes more often if we’ve picked up some new material that we want to share with you right away.

What if I want to stop getting the Weekly Workouts?

No problem. You can contact us and just say “take me off your list” – or click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter you’ve already received.

Will you try to sell me stuff?

Along with the free training info, we’ll also occasionally let you know about the more advanced online programs we offer. If you want to check out one of those programs – cool. If not, that’s fine too. You can continue to enjoy the free drills and tips for as long as you like.
